Workshop 1 · 60 minutes
Rewire
Most people start with the vehicle. They decide to “go consulting”, then stall on what kind, and for whom. Rewire starts with the life: how much you want to work, where you want to live, which responsibilities you’re done carrying. Then you look at what your experience could become.
You leave with: A clear picture of the life the business has to fit, and the direction worth taking.
Workshop 2 · 60 minutes
Repackage
A client pays for the answer to a problem they already care about. Your thirty years are where that answer comes from. In this session you name your offer, who it’s for, the result it delivers and what it costs.
You leave with: One named offer, a buyer and a price.
Workshop 3 · 60 minutes
Repurpose
Now you choose how it earns: consulting, advisory work, coaching, board roles, workshops, or a portfolio of two or three. You look at how your offer can move across sectors and countries, how clients find you, and how to run it from anywhere. Workshops can be a business model in their own right, and you’ll be sitting in one.
You leave with: The route your offer takes to market, and a plan to run it from wherever you choose.

What this is, and what it isn’t
- It won’t help you find a job. There’s no CV work, no job search and no careers advice. This is for building something of your own.
- It doesn’t promise clients or income. Experience doesn’t turn into a business on its own. It has to be identified, packaged, matched to a market and sold, and that takes work. The workshops make it clear what that work is.
- It’s live, at a set time, with Jamie. Three sessions in the diary. You turn up, you do the work, and you leave with something to act on.

Who runs it
Jamie Sylvian is the founder of Executive Nomad, author of The Executive Nomad Operating System and host of The Executive Nomad podcast. He has worked for himself since 1991, and from wherever he chose since 1993. He co-founded SIRA Utilities, the company that became uSwitch.com, which sold for £210 million in 2006, and he has lived in 13 countries. His client base has been global from day one: where he sits has never mattered, because the business is borderless. Martin Parker, then Marketing Manager at BetVictor in Gibraltar, brought him in to run in-house workshops for his communications team. He still consults, coaches executives and runs workshops, and Untethered is the method he uses, taught live.
