How to Present it to Your Manager/Director/Founder

Before you ask for a meeting, make sure you have followed to 1/3/1 rule. Your team leader, Manager, Director or the Founder will ask you first if you have follwed the formula. Send an email with the following structure.

Subject/Headline: 1/3/1 — [Brief Description of Problem]
